Amazing customer service and always gets my shirts dry cleaned at a reasonably fast time. Affordable prices. All of my tailoring needs go through here, and strongly suggest checking them out for any alteration or cleaning services! Also has great looking suits for sale and a very good price. I was so happy to find Dixie cleaners when my regular cleaners shut down abruptly nearly 2 years ago. The prices are very competitive and the alterations are done professionally for very reasonable costs. Lately, the debit machine had not been working: the staff was very accommodating with payments and has since replaced their debit machine: this is excellent, customer-focused service!

Terrible service. Brought in a coffee stained shirt, was ASSURED that coffee was easy to come out. Came back to pick it up, coffee stain was still there. Lady said coffee is hard to remove but would send it out again. Came back, still no change - coffee stain was there. THEY MADE ME PAY for the cleaning, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Will never go back, and will tell everyone!

Love the service here. They did my daughters prom dress, my leather jacket and wifes evening dress. My whole family goes here. Nice family oriented place. Recommend this place to everyone looking for good alterations and cheap price.
