A fantastic shopping experience from start to finish!!! It was our first time shopping for carpet to be installed. We went to End of the Roll in Newmarket where we were greeted by Shaun. He was very friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. We found a roll of carpet in the color and quality that was made in Canada and we asked for a quote. We left the store and sat in our car and reviewed everything and we decided right there and then to go ahead with them and went back into the store and placed our order. The pricing was great and the service was fantastic. Two weeks later on the day of installation, their installer Don showed up and spent the better part of the day installing 900 Sq/ft of gorgeous carpet. He did an amazing job on the installation and I would not hesitate to use or recommend End of the Roll in Newmarket again!!! Really great people to deal with and you won't be sorry! Thanks Tony B. Super kind and helpful store manager, with a very calm attitude that persuades you to shop in peace. The service was perfect; fast and nicely organized. The gentleman who came to my place for installation helped me with other matters at home too. I am quite happy and very much appreciate their service.
Didn't realize that this store was part of a chain of flooring stores. Stopped in to ask a few questions about product and installation. Staff new what they were talking about, Impressive. I haven't purchased yet but I'm leaning this way.
Great experience with Parm at End of the Roll, he was supper helpful with sales and price was affordable. The job was done sooner than we expected and Donny the installer did an excellent job. We are very happy with our runners. Will definitely recommend End of the Roll.
I have been working with Parm and his crew for a number of years now. I was introduced to him from my last employer (15 years ago) and I liked the service we would get and the great products, so when I started my own renovation company (Hollow Tree Renovations) I continued to use End Of The Roll on clients projects and at my own home.
