Eyestar was the only store near me that sold the Chanel glasses I wanted. Very fast, kind service from the woman behind the counter (I didn't catch her name or I'd mention it here), I got a discount on a pair of Chanel sunglasses I liked too. For sure coming back when I need my next pair!

Very disappointed with my purchase at this store. The glasses are very expensive and the lenses are very cheap. A hairline crack developed in my lens while cleaning them after only two months. The manager SiSi was not very helpful at all. A truly disappointing experience as I was initially quite happy with my glasses. I would never again pay Eyestar prices for designer glasses when I could pay a decent price for a brand name from my optometrist who would honor a warranty.

Great customer service was helped by Hannah. She was patient and kind with helping my family. They offer many package deals under 349 for our younger and older kids, and had great selection of brands.

Absolutely horrible customer service. One of the arms of the eyeglasses broke two months after purchase. The manager would not replace it. My family and I spent over 2000 at Eyestar, they definitely lost a customer.

The district manager at this store named “CC” is absolutely an amazing girl to deal with. She goes out of her way to help others. Will definitely go back to this store to shop. The entire staff is also really humble and great to deal with.

Good selection of frames. Prescription eyeglasses were sent out to their lab. First impression was not great, but staff accommodated by sending back to lab to correct problems only after I complained to store manager. Overall satisfactory service, but I expected more for the price.
