Great quality of clothing and the people who were working here on this particular day were very nice! However it is a bit unorganized in regards to the changeroom situation but like hey? Its covid times.
I remember coming here with my dad when I was a kid. Glad to see it's still here. The selection is ok but quality is always good for the price.

I went in the Gap at Upper Canada Mall today to return little boots I bought online for my daughter. The boots were too big so I went to the store to return them and look for a smaller size. I asked a woman who was arranging clothes and she was extremely rude. I will never go to this store again. She was really rude. (The cashier was nice though)
I find their gap store is little smaller than any locations around in york regions but their size availabilities are always great.
