Horrible unprofessional service! My daughter has bought the pair of expensive jeans from them and those jeans started to fall apart after she wore it once. The store clerk has declined to refund it as "they can't sell it again". Of course they can't sell the product that has manufactured problems!

My friends and I were treated with disrespect after being accused of shoplifiting an item, after my friends and I voluntarily searched our bags and purses and even searched the store for the item we were still being acussed of stealing while one of the employee's stood infront of the entrance "gaurding" the door as if we were going to run away. They made us uncomfortable even though we were reasonable and understanding. I have shopped at this store multiple times and never had I been treated with this disgusting behaviour that almost brought my friend to tears. I am a loyal customer and my friends and I did not deserve to be treated with the way we were, Garage has just lost 6 customers because of thoose disrespectful employees.

I purchased 4 pairs of leggings online using PayPal. Unfortunately the product was cheaply manufactured. The store “could not” refund my money and only offered me a store gift card. So confused? I NEEDED leggings, the leggings were not good quality, now I am FORCED to keep a bad product OR buy something I don’t NEED. Certainly this company could use an all day seminar on customer experience. #disatisfiedformercustomer
