Very poor service. Ordered 2 chow meins for delivery at 18:00, as we are self isolating, was told they were busy and would have it by 20:00, its now almost 21:00 and still no sign of it. They wont answer the phone, its either constantly engaged or rings off with no answer. No option to cancel the order or for refund. Disgusting service. Appauled.

Don’t go here. Way too overpriced for what you get. It’s poor quality and I don’t even know what they’re trying to do. I ordered a mixed meat dish and there was barely any meat, just veg and soggy noodles at the bottom of the pile of them.

I just spent over 50 on a takeaway which was the worst I have ever had. Burnt curry smelt and tasted of burnt smoke. Burnt Toffee pineapple the burnt Toffee was so bitter it was inedible. I would avoid like the plague as there are other Chinese takeaways in Newmarket to choose from.
