Just moved into a new (old) house and the heating went out. Iain called back promptly, came over, assessed the problem and organised the fix. He kept us updated on the situation re parts availability and genuinely went that extra mile to make sure our heating was fixed ASAP. Professional and reliable. Very impressed with the service and he will be the first person we call in the future for all our plumbing needs.

A valve in our airing cupboard sprang a leak and we had to turn all the water off to prevent serious damage. We were very fortunate to find it first thing yesterday morning and contacted Iain immediately to see if he could help us. He visited us the same day and arrived exactly on time. He replaced the valve and checked the repair after turning the water back on. Very fortunate to have such an efficient and helpful plumber to come to our rescue. Thank you Iain!

Our problem was that Both kitchen sinks were not "stuck down" so the leaks from around the tops were most annoying. The work was carried out in a very efficient, clean, most satisfactory manner. As he was recommended to us by a good friend we were never in any doubt that the job would be 100%.
