We have had many wonderful holidays with HPB, over the last 5 Years. The individual sites and accommodation are of a very high standard. We have never been disappointed, and look forward to the future bookings we have. HPB have been very helpful and looked after all bondholders during the pandemic, making sure that we are able to rebook any cancelled holidays at no extra cost. An excellent company, and one we are pleased to be a part of.

I have had the bond for 4 years, it's brilliant! If you have a query whether home or abroad it is dealt with NOW not waiting for ages for a resolution. Sometimes you may think that it is a bit dear against an ordinary package holiday, but when you consider the quality, peace of mind, exclusivity, service, activities, security - no not at all, and the new (or old) friends you meet, all with the same mind set so that properties are cared for and respected, it's been worth the purchase it fact I topped mine up. Add to all of this the fact that you can pass it on to your family in your estate, and whilst living, friends and family can use it as well - great

Fantastic scheme. I have been member for some 33 years and loved every minute. This is simply the best possible way to have good, high quality, reliable, holidays. This scheme is so much better than any alternative I have found. I cannot recommend highly enough, I cannot fault it. The management is exceptional, the value is unbeatable. The administration is fair and transparent and easily accessible via their web page. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

The HPB set up is there to make you the customer feel comfortable and the management go out of their way to ensure that is the case. The holiday accommodation is superb as it is extremely well equipped, comfortable and allows you have a great holiday. The mix of locations available is excellent in that it offers a mix of U.K. and foreign locations as well as ones by the sea and others in scenic countryside places. It is one of the best investments I have ever made and we have enjoyed over 30 years of wonderful holidays.

We absolutely love HPB, having many holidays over nearly 30 years and made further investment only last year. We always feel as though we have come home as it were, we trust the comfort and cleanliness of each property as they are all expertly managed. This last year has been challenging for everyone and we have had several bookings cancelled, but HPB has risen to the challenge, returning our points and holding over our user charge for up and coming holidays which we are so looking forward to. We became Bondholders in the mid-1990s. We choose not to fly, preferring to take a leisurely car trip to our destination. This has limited the number of Bond properties we have visited to the UK, France and Italy. All the sites are superbly managed. Any problems are always dealt with swiftly and professionally. Excursions and Bond suppers are great fun. What more can i say! Putting money into the Bond was one of the best things we have done. I have been a member of HPB for 18 years and had many wonderful holidays both at home and abroad. The standards and facilities at the sites are excellent and I have also always found the staff to be really friendly and helpful, both at the sites and at head office. The central administration is first-class and I have never experienced an error in my regular points summaries. Communications are regular without being intrusive. I must congratulate the management on the way that they have managed the Covid situation.

I invested in HPB in 2005 and have never regretted it. Having had a couple of bad experiences renting villas, we were looking for holiday properties that one could rely upon. HPB delivers, the properties are always, well furnished, well maintained and squeaky clean. Apart from having very high standards in the properties, I would say HPB are very ethical, the exact opposite of a dodgy timeshare outfit. During Covid they were very prompt refunding both holiday points and user charges as holidays got cancelled. They were also brilliant at getting speedy refunds from airlines where they had made the booking. Personally I only use the overseas sites but all are first class in interesting locations and the thing that perhaps makes all the difference are the site managers. Nothing is too much trouble from recommending and booking local restaurants to practical help in an emergency. I have recommended HPB to many of my friends and none have regretted investing and enjoying high quality, worry free vacations.
