I worked with Stephanie from the outset to handle my home and auto insurance, and she was very professional, and always responded very quickly. She was flexible as well, and was able to accommodate changes that my auto-people were requesting at very short notice. It was easy to reach her both by phone and email. If she is a reflection of the rest of her team, then I feel very confident in the work that they do at ICD Insurance. I also did a bit of my own sleuthing regarding insurance, making some of my own calls (if I recall correctly, I called about four different insurers) and was not able to find a better deal than ICD was able to find for me. I've not yet had to make any claims yet, and so do not know what that process will be like with ICD, but hopefully I will never have to find out!

After all NOT a pleasant experience. First impression during initial quote over the phone was great: friendly and polite staff went me over the options of car insurance, asked a lot of questions including \any accidents in past SIX years\. When I decided to go with the offered quote I confirmed the chosen coverage and options over email. Replies was quick at first but then followed by sudden silence... for two days. Then I received a very brief email stating that they can not offer me coverage at all based on the history of car accidents (8 and 7 years old). So, I shoot the email asking how long one should be accidents free in order to qualify. No reply since then... Other brokers who I contacted after (and told them about my car accidents in advance) were happy to offer me insurance without any problems. At the end I don't understand why didn't Buckley broker ask about car accidents in the past 8 years in the beginning? What a waste of time.
