The young lady working there is lovely. However, the manager told us the prices were higher than his associate had quoted us. Not happy with the way things are run. Will go out of my way to shop elsewhere.
Worst customer service possible! Manager/owner(?) does not return calls. Delivery person error had my husband rushed home from work at 12noon to receive delivery which was to arrive in 30min (without advance notice or prescheduled delivery time as promised at time of purchase). No delivery arrived so he called the Newmarket store to inquire what was happening with the delivery as he had to return to work, the female associate promised to call the transport CO they deal with and call him right back- she never did. I called and left a message requesting a follow up - no returned calls no apology, nothing! A missed work day, endless frustration, no customer service, no furniture. We recieved the furniture the following afternoon - it was raining so they were unable to unwrap & set up. The following day when we finally unwrapped the furniture we saw the club cushions were dirty and the sofa cushions did not match, they had been swapped out! We will now be calling the corporate office in hopes of getting this resolved . Our advice is to go to the Woodbridge or Toronto locations if you expect ethical and quality customer care.
Just called to ask if I can place an order for an additional piece for my Brooklyn set. Man who answered phone said no they Woodbridge store. Wow what service :( why would I go so far. Didn't even care.
