My family and I are US military and we’re customers for 7 years. We lived in a flat then later in a detached home where Jackson-Stops provided superb support during the transition between the homes and for any maintenance that was required. Both properties required minimal maintenance, had feasible energy ratings, and the letting staff are very military friendly. Even as we regretfully left England, the Letting Staff were forthright with what actions we needed to take as the departing tenets and we received returns of our deposits that was commensurate with the state of the properties for both of our moves. This Newmarket branch set my family up for the best experience living in the UK and we Thank Jackson-Stops!
Incredible service. Managed to sort a viewing of my desired property on the same day I called. Credit checks completed 2 days later and I moved in 2 days after that. All done by very helpful and professional staff. Brilliant service.
