Yesterday was my birthday and I received a beautiful bouquet of fresh spring flowers from my in-laws from Karen's and Tina's Flower Shop. It really brightened up my day and made me smile! Also, the delivery man was very nice :).

My oldest friend sent me flowers for my birthday and I was just amazed at the bouquet that arrived...it was so beautifully crafted...designed by a true artist. But what was really incredible was how it looked ten days later...it had been put together with such care that it changed throughout the ten days...on purpose. Tiger Lilies opened creating a crown effect on the top of the arrangement. I really would like to know who the artist was who put together this wonderful arrangement...I'll be asking for her...or him..to do all of my flowers for clients and friends from now on .
The flowers were beautiful!! They looked even better in person and more full than I expected. The online photo did accurately represent the theme and colours of what I received. The hand written note was a nice touch. I was happy and so was the person receiving them. Easy to order online. Picked up in store with no issues. Greeted right away by a very friendly associate. She even said goodbye to me by name. Would order from again.
First time here (Friday December 18,2020)and so pleased a beautiful arrangement I purchased, fresh and the bouquet it gives off gives the room such an awesome fresh smell. The young lady that assisted me was so helpful, kind, friendly and caring.. Will definitely purchase again thank you again keep up the great service and fresh flowers. I was assisted by a young lady that was very helpful and informative ... unfortunately that is the only good i can attest to in this review... I asked if something could be done with price , i had picked out an arrangement and even made an offer on it , the young lady asked i assume one of the owners and that's when i heard a loud arrogant \NO!!! that's the price!!!\ A little friendly discount would have gone a long way!!! Especially during these difficult times we are all living in!!! I had purchased flowers there before, was looking for some customer loyalty, anything at all would have made me happy!! So again ANY type of discount would have made me a difference for me!! Take care of your customer!!! Work with the customer... Not against the customer!!! Number 1 Rule in business!!! These people that are rude, arrogant and know nothing about customer service or loyalty should not be in business for themselves . At the end of the day... you are selling FLOWERS lady!!! Not gold!!! And what happens to flowers after a few days??? THEY DIE!!! And how much money you make off dead flowers??? 0 dollars? So when you have a customer that is willing to spend money and buy flowers from you... treat him or her well and make them feel like they got a deal. Isn't that why you are in business in the first place??? So i went somewhere else ( Cassidy's) and got a gorgeous flower arrangement for a great price!!! Merry Christmas!!!
