We left them our items to print the logos on, we’ve explained that we need it for home show in a specific date and they ensure us that it will be ready. A day before the due date we called to check if all is ready and they didn’t even sent it to production!!! The excuse was that some information was missing! If you don’t have a certain information the logic thing to do is to call the client, no?! At knightworks design they are waiting until the client will call!! Worst customer service ever!
