Food is a 4, good but nothing to write home about. Best thing about it is the comparatively generous portion of chashu. I deducted stars because they are requiring patrons to keep masks on while seated unless actually eating, even delaying service of drinks to keep people muzzled longer. I'm sure some people find this comforting, however we would have left immediately were it not for the time constraints we were under.

I had the tofu and mushroom ramen. Both were exceptional. Great flavour and the crispness held up over the ride home in the take out containers. Definitely will be back! The staff working here are also very kind and I've heard it is a family run business. Makes me want to come back even more

First time customer at Kuna Ramen. We ordered tantanmen and spicy tonkotsu miso ramen for take out. The packaging were fine well. In fact, we had saved the containers for leftover meals. Both ramen were delicious but we found that the protein was quite small. Other than that, the meals were pleasant.
Authentic and delicious, this place is a surprise find in the middle of Newmarket, a town not known for its diversity of culinary pleasures. The soup bases are well crafted, rich in flavour. Service is efficient and friendly. The place is neat and clean. Now that we have found this place, we will visit again for certain.
Honestly it was my first ever Ramen so I have nothing to compare it to. Service was great even considering all the restrictions (I was there when Newmarket was in Orange zone tho) I got the spicy Ramen and it was great in my opinion.
Their ramen is really good. Broth is thick and flavourful. Price is reasonable. During the covid time, they have masks on, checked our temperature and made us sanitize hands before seating. Place is very clean.
