I only gave a 2 star review although when first purchasing the glasses the gentleman who served us was very helpful and informative. It was when we picked up the work glasses and lenses the lady who initially served us was almost downright rude and it felt like ‘we have your money now you can leave’. We had to remind her that we also purchased lenses that had to be installed in the frame. When we returned an hour later she left us standing outside for a long time because she rather spend time with a man picking out frames and eventually handed the glasses to another lady who was very prompt and polite. Would never shop at Upper Canada Mall LensCrafters again if that lady was still working there.

Above and beyond customer service, their representative (Ale) helped me find a cute pair of glasses and worked with me to get them at a price that suited my budget. Would definitely return.
The ladies were wonderful. Helped me through picking frames and lens for both everyday glasses and sunglasses. It was an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend them.
Jamie is an excellent salesperson. She really listened to me when I stated my needs and preferences. she helped me select beautiful frames to try and recommended the best looking when I asked . she explained my bill to me and I saw that she double checked all her work. I was assisted by Ale today. He was very professional, informative, patient and lovely to work with! Thank you so much for a great experience. I'm in love with my new glasses! Also thank you to all the staff for keeping your customers safe by sanitizing all the glasses that get tried on. I will definitely be recommending family and friends to this location!
Had a nice quick eye exam, the doctor was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Then afterwards the staff helped me pick out the perfect frame to fit my face. They were very polite and pleasant and knew what to recommend.
Store manager of the Newmarket store Ale was fantastic, welcomed us and helped with great advice, couldn't of asked for a better service, would defienlty recommend, thank you.
