My little sister is more on the petite side for her age and has never felt confident that she could find the perfect fitted leggings at Lululemon. Thankfully we visited this Lulu location and met Christian who was able to help us find the perfect size for her. When the size pants that I wanted was not in stock Christian promptly ordered them online and was able to ship them to my house making the experience hands-free and easy for me. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful from all parts of the store but unfortunately we only thought to ask for Christian's name. Thank you to the beautiful girl by the fitting rooms wearing the Grey Sage "Keep Moving" pants that I loved so much I had to order it for myself (lol). And thank you to the gentleman at the cash register who was able to find another pair of leggings that suited my little sister so well.

Lululemon sell the best tennis or workout men's shorts. Wide waistbands, tailored leg and good size pockets with auxiliary change and key zippered pockets. Some of the colors are plain but coral and red are outstanding. It's simply a matter of getting what you pay for

Unfortunately have to agree with previous reviewers. Felt rushed during the entire experience. Crowd control could be worked on; I.e a single shopper should have priority over a family of 4 going in, or at least limit family members. They don’t make an effort to look for an item that they say they have in stock if it isn’t apparent. Finally, there appears to be tension between employees and it’s pretty obvious for me to notice it. I would recommend you go to a different location.
This store REALLY has an issue with getting back to telephone calls in the 24 hours they say. This NEVER happens and it's VERY random whether anyone is ever available to answer the phone. This needs to change now, they have just lost an order with me because no one would call me back despite me calling 3 TIMES in the 24 hour period.
The most disgusting customer service. The guy that was helping me wasn’t very interested in helping. Every time I asked for a size it wasn’t available. In the middle of asking him a question he turned away to help someone else.!i cane up to she register to pay and the guy at the cash actually found all the sizes I need. They were all gifts for my daughters. I almost turned around and left I was so disappointed.
Very disappointed in this lululemon store, my wife who cannot wear a mask, has frequented the store many times during this pandemic with no issues whatsoever. She returned this week and was told she cannot shop without a mask. My wife asked when the policy had changed? They said it has not changed and it has been the same that you cannot enter without a mask. So when she went home she contacted head office they said she can most certainly shop without a mask and told her they would be contacting the store. She returned to the store today and the same employees refused to let her shop and even threatened to call mall security! That is totally unacceptable!!! We will no longer be shopping at this location!!!
Even during COVID, with the exceptionally long lines, I am still impressed with Lululemon's customer service. I was helped by Yuan today and she was exceptionally polite, helpful, and hard working despite being the only person working in the fitting rooms. Will go back to this location again specifically for this level of customer service. Thanks Yuan!
