I have been dealing with the online shop for many years and have only had fantastic customer service. When I heard there was a store close to my home, I was very excited only to be quickly annoyed when I showed up to the store at 9am by my watch, pulled and open door to be told by the clerk that she wasn't open. I apologized, online said you opened at 9 she said it was 8:57, come back in 3 minutes. Poor poor customer service, I am not even sure I am going to shop there todat, even though I made a special 40km trip to do so.
