Just discovered this gem today! AMAZING!! Its absolutely charming inside, but more importantly, the pastries were....out of this world! I've never tried such a good cinnamon roll. Staff super friendly! And a shout out to the chef Heather. She's lovely and most certainly knows what she's doing in her kitchen! Can't wait to go back and try the Cubano!!

Coming to work for a few hours at Metropolis is the perfect little break in my work-from-home life. The pesto sandwich with roasted tomatoes and mozzarella is hands down the most delicious treat for a light lunch. Excellent coffee, delicious food, fantastic gift ideas, and wonderful people.

fantastic new cafe in a gorgeous part of newmarket. staff are so friendly, and food/drinks are awesome. the market area in the back features a lot of cool gifts and goods for the home. will be revisiting (often)!

Loved the coffee here! They have plant based milk. Very cute inside and a nice patio Another visit: tried some lunch, got a pear carmalized onion and cheese sandwich. It came with olives. The walnut bread was amazing! I wish I could buy a whole loaf of it!

My husband and I have loved purchasing puzzles from here! It's been a go-to lockdown activity for sure—necessary for staying sane. Coffee is also really delicious and high quality.

Love love love their coffee, however, today I ordered an iced Americano and received a hot one. I told the barista I ordered iced and he poured it in a cup of ice and completely diluted the taste of coffee.
