Had a lovely afternoon visiting this peaceful village in the heart of Suffolk. The bridge itself is interesting and you can walk across it which is a novelty for something so old. The village itself is beautiful, the river itself winding threw this sleepy town. A few more foot bridges are located a little further down the stream. The village is well worth visiting if you would like a relaxing afternoon.

Lovely village with ducklings actually crossing the road! Good walk up to Denham then back around through Gazeley. Passed by the site of the old Denham castle which was very interesting.

The bridge was interesting enough and very pretty, but the village was delightful. Loads to look at and some nice well signposted public footpaths. There was also a notice board outside the church with suggested walks of various distances. Perfect.

"A pretty four-arched late medieval bridge, spanning the River Kennett on the old route from Cambridge to Bury St Edmunds" (English Heritage) Now the river is gone and it's located in a small village and no one to maintain it. But it sure looks good.

A lovely little village, steeped in history and peaceful country walks.

Not a lot to see here. It is a nice example of an old Bridge, but that's it! As part of a day out, it's worth a glance if passing, but don't go out your way to get there.

Medevial bridge made of stones, brickstones and calcified bones! Impressing piece of medevial archtecture!
