Newmarket Cleaners mixed up half my suit jacket with someone else's, and staff were unable to locate my item. The response from the owner, Frank, was "Fine, I don't need you as a customer" Friendly front-line staff, but avoid at all costs. Losing your clothes not worth the risk. Update: Happy to report the cleaners have since deservedly gone out of business. The florist now occupying this location no doubt delivers far better service!
