Visited to buy a new helmet. Very helpful staff and good facilities. Shame we couldn't touch a lot of the clothing due to the restrictions in place but very understandable. Most of the clothing is very highly priced so be warned... (That's HD for you) Will visit again on 2 wheels when we are back to normal.

Very very dissatisfied with Newmarket H/D. My first brand new Harley Street Bob was delivered 24/10/2020, it has massive scratches on rear fender and the underside has EXTREME damage to paint work(down to primer) in various places. This says to me this dealership has made no effort to correctly PDI the NEW bike before it left Newmarket yet they had the cheek to deliver me a damaged bike with 8 miles on speedometer and mud under engine and inside fenders. I feel I should have been compensated for the disturbing experience but MIKE BLOOMFIELD says this is not going to happen even though I’m out of pocket with insurance,diesel and wasted time. VERY UNHAPPY with this well known brand.
