If I could give negative numbers I would. The female proprietor was extremely rude, disrespectful, uncaring, unapologetic and defensive. I attended to have two blazers altered. This visit was my second fir the same purpose. On both occasions the lady said that the person responsible for measuring for alterations was not there and to come back later. The first time this happened I let it go but this second time I expressed my displeasure. Her reaction was unbelievable. She shrugged and raised her arms in a manner suggesting she didn’t care. No apologies no solutions nothing. The male proprietor showed up during this exchange. He was polite and respectful and was asking what I needed. She then all of a sudden started making comments that she didn’t care if I left or took my business elsewhere. I questioned her if this was the way to treat customers and she didn’t care. The male was telling her repeatedly to stop talking but she kept on with me until the point that I told them I would take my business elsewhere. So unprofessional. Lots of other places in Newmarket to chose from. Don’t go here!
Horrible Horrible service. Don't be fooled by his friendly smile!! There is something bad behind it! Tried to get a dress hemmed for my MOH dress. Kept delaying, went in 3 times to pick up and was told to come back. Only 2 days before the wedding was it ready and was not convenient to pick up so I asked a friend. He screamed at her because I asked her to ask for a discount. Not once did he apologize, he only screamed and I had to leave work and go and then he screamed at me, I mean lost his mind screaming. Stay clear of that place!! Its not worth a single star but it is the only way I can post a comment.
I never recieved a call that my blazer was ready for pickup, like they had promised. Upon pickup, I realized they had ruined my brand new designer blazer and tried to hide it from me. I was still expected to pay the fee.
