Thought I would give a local business a chance, needed a new pair of trainers so went to the local sports shop. Found a pair that I liked and fit for the purpose I wanted them for and to be fair the shop assistant was very helpful. Browsing the Internet the following day and came across the exact same pair that I had paid 90 for, for 48 on all the sites I visited. Would understand a slight price increase however to almost double it is ludicrous, will not be visiting my local sports shop again and would urge anyone who is thinking of it to rethink and check prices online first before parting with your hard earned cash.

Fairly high cost of goods. Good quality. Small store, a good range of sports equipment for a good store. Would like more discounts - could arrange a discount with local sports clubs to maintain loyalty in the area. Lots of dodgeball, cycling and martial arts clubs in the area would love group discounts.
