Francois of New Roads Toyota in Newmarket was very professional, informed and personable as we worked with him to purchase our new 4 Runner. I've had experience trading in and buying a new car in the dealership. The salesperson was Shayne. I've been in many dealerships before and all of the salespeople were leaving a \sneaky\ impression. But this is not about Shayne whatsoever. I've come, checked their car, got interested, provided Shayne with the trade in rate I've gotten for my car in other places. (in previous dealerships there were many back and forth conversations before getting that price), but he gave it right away. So he saved our time. After very little time, my family and I decided to buy the car. Until the very last minute, the process was seamless, without any surprises. We've got a clean car with the topped up gas tank. We are happy, and we'll come back for sure after the Covid is gone. We'll get another car for our trips. Well done, Shayne! See you soon!
