This is a very good location. Covid-19 protocols are in full force. I felt extremely safe during my experience. The Staff are friendly and professional and provide exceptional service. I ordered a pair of glasses and lenses. I was expecting to pay a portion that was not covered by benefits, however, I was covered by the location. This was not the case when I visited other places so I was very satisfied. I ordered lenses for my old frames. They came back but the staff was not satisfied with the result and sent that back to be redone. This was a good sign and I knew that I put my trust in good hands. Overall the turnaround time was good, considering we are in the middle of a pandemic with many restrictions in place. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for a great experience. Great service. Very friendly and efficient. They have great protocols to make sure you and the staff are safe and comfortable during your visit. Very easy shopping experience overall. They had a great selection and promotion as well compared to competitors.
I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled because the service provided by Regan was exceptional. She is professional, efficient and friendly. The store is taking very careful measures during these uncertain times. I felt comfortable choosing my glasses, and it was reassuring to see only two customers allowed in the store at a time. Thank you to Regan who recommended the Erika style sunglasses by Ray-ban; I’m very pleased with them.
The ladies working here (Regan and Chelsea) are so knowledgeable and so helpful, while also being very kind and friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. I am so happy with my service and with my glasses!

Although it’s been a few months since i purchased my glasses, I have been in to visit a few times for adjustments and i have to say it is always such a great experience walking into this store. Staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure to deal with. This was my second attempt at trying a progressive lens as the first attempt at another optical was a total disaster. The lady really took her time to understand my concerns and explain which option would work best for my needs and now i can’t go a day without them! I have recommended pearle vision to ALL my friends and family, not just because of the quality but because of the service that comes along with it.
I went by today because my daughter’s glasses were stepped on and broken in unfortunate tiktok mishap . Our regular optometrist was closed for the weekend so we popped in with the hope they may be able to put her lenses in new frames. We did not buy the original glasses there but the lady who greeted us said she’d see if she could either source some frames or fix them, just to leave them there for a bit. When we returned she had fixed the frames by putting lovely new arms on the glasses. She asked my daughter if it was ok, if she liked them, which she did. We thanked her and asked how much it would cost. Nothing. She was just happy to help us. I love this place and wish I had caught our helper’s name, she was so kind. We will be back to get her next pair of glasses for sure!
Had an amazing experience at Pearle Vision! I love my new glasses and they were ready very quickly. There was a great selection of both lenses and frames. I received great service from Chelsea, and will be going back to Pearle Vision Newmarket again!
