As soon as you walk in the door you are met with the most friendly people who make you feel better before you even have anything done. They are not only the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful people but they listen to what your needs are and do everything to make you feel better before you leave. I am an RN and I would be proud to give the same bedside manner that they give to me.

Jody at the front desk was lovely. I honestly thought that I would have an amazing experience there. Instead I spent 130 (partially paid by my benefit plan) to receive exercises! Not only did the physiotherapist not introduce herself, she never once evaluated my injury by touching my area of pain. Honestly, I could have found these exercises on Google. At the end of the visit, she couldn't be bothered to say Goodbye. This clinic is in Newmarket. Sadly, now I have to spend more money to hopefully get the help that I need
