Call them before you come in even if you already had an appointment. I have been waiting in the car for 40 min. The rest is awesome.

This place is a money grab. They told me I probably have PCOS however never bothered testing me for it OR treating me.so basically, i spent thousands of dollars on tests, cycle monitoring, and a few rounds of IUI only to end up going to another clinic, doing the tests again and am now being properly treated for PCOS. My new clinic is COVERED in photos of the little miracles they helped create, look around this clinic, not one photo in sight. I'm Sad the fact that they take advantage of vulnerable couples that are desperate to start a family and just continue to take their money without actually properly diagnosing and treating them. The staff are very nice here, but I dare you to try and get an appointment with the Doctor without an interrogation as to why you need to see him. Apparently, you can only see him when HE requests an appointment. I'm happy that I am on the right path now, and I'm not one to write reviews, however I am hoping I can save some over couples time an money by telling you my experience.

Dr. Gurau is very nice, he seems very patient and considerate. The nurses and technicians are phenomenal. I was excited after the first appointment. However, shortcomings are slowly revealing themselves as I get more involved... There are tests that are not available there and they have to send you to other clinics to do them, which means they can be far... Another thing is, although customer service in general is great, it might take you months to have an appointment to see the Doctor. So, some good things and some bad things. It would take some patience, which could be hard especially if you've been trying for a long time. Good clinic in general.

I will give this clinic 2 stars merely because the nurses are phenomenal. If i wasn't for their care and the amazing radiologist... it would be a total fail. Dr. Feyeles is not someone we enjoyed working with. Perhaps there is a language barrier that hindered my ability to understand him. However, the communication lacked and everything was always delivered negatively. There was no positive reinforcement. Just being told that each failed treatment meant reduced odds for pregnancy. I will agree with the money grab feeling. I did not feel the true efforts being given to patients. Not sure that they wanted us to get pregnant. Additionally, look around.... a successful clinic should be flooded with success stories, thank you cards and pictures. You wont find that at procrea. Wonder why..... I switched clinics and I am glad I did!

I have left a very Negative review about a year ago after a year of wasted time with a doctor that had absolutely how to run a clinic. 2 year ago when i went to Procrea the place was an absolute joke but i can now saw with the old doctor gone and a new one in his place, the place has turned around. Dr. Gurau actually cares and has help my wife and I conceive. So if you had a bad experience before give this place a try again because the last 6 month have been the best experience we had in our 2 years at Procrea

Feels as though it’s a money grab. This type of treatment and facility should be a little more caring and sympathetic to couples in my opinion. You’ll get what you or your OHIP pay for but nothing extra. Only way to get information out of them is by asking. Assuming you know the right questions to ask. No calls. No concern. No follow up. We’ve been unable to reach them despite them having embryos frozen.

My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. Our doctor referred us to Procrea and via testing they were able to determine that I have hypothyroid and was not ovulating regularly. Once my thyroid got regulated with medication we did IUI with femara and ovidril and got pregnant our first round. I just gave birth to our precious daughter on April 18th. Thank you to Procrea for helping us through our infertility journey.
