Mike and his team at JS Home Services renovated my bathroom and did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, kept me updated on the progress and were a pleasure to have in my home. All members of Mike's team were courteous and professional. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for other updated needed in my home.

My partner and I submitted a work request to J&S plumbing services and for some reason Rizzi Renovates responded first. The work done in our condo was horrible. We contracted Mike and his team to replace our Kitec plumbing but ended up paying double the original quoted price when the work did not meet code and we couldn’t get an engineer to sign off on the work. Mike took advantage of my partner and I, two young adults and first time home buyers. He assumed that we wanted to “save on costs” so he took it upon himself to take short cuts with connector pieces and pipe/hose placement within the wall. If we left it in the state Mike left it, not only was our warranty voided, but we could have suffered catastrophic flooding. We never asked Mike to cut corners. When we confronted him about this he offered to come in and fix it but at an extra cost. With all trust lost in someone who wouldn’t take the necessary care in the first place, we enlisted the help of a far more professional service: BayPath Inc. They charged the same price and completed the project to code.
