I am a fan of rudsak, been for years. The service I received was like no other made me feel greatly appreciated as a customer. Management/customer service was awesome and shows a lot of dedication to giving the best service. I loved everything I bought. And didn't feel forced.

Rebecca provided me with excellent costumer service during this tough time, due to the mall being closed and doing curb side pickup. She ensured I was super happy with my purchase and made this transaction very smooth and simple! Not to mention I am in LOVE with the jacket I purchased! I will for sure go back to this location. The worst customer service ever! No client orientation what so ever.. Sales ladies were more interested in talking to each other behinde the cash than helping customers. I had to come up to them and ask for help several times. Keep your family gossips at home! Work on customer's uncovering. Hire another sales representativse!
So I have to say an employee by the name of Rebecca works here who is the definition of a customer service. She went above and beyond to get me an item that was completely sold out everywhere and had it to come to her store in two days. She listens and does everything she can to help you find what you want. Rudsak should be proud of employing such an amazing and helpful person like Rebecca. I can’t thank her enough as she is one of my favourite people in this world.
