Good quality and fair prices on sale season
They had posters of pk subban all over the store. I asked where his products were in the store and clerk said they don’t carry his products. Not all stores carry the line. So there marketing in-store doe not match what is offered. I recommend calling store before visiting if you’re seeking particular items.
I have shopped at RW&CO a few times this year and today I experienced customer service at its finest. I was being helped by Colleen and another lady at the front desk and I am completely satisfied. Great product and great service. Thanks again.
Love product but customer service sucks. Was getting a gift for a friend. Asked for help saying it was a gift. Sales person processed a payment without a gift receipt and just showed the product in a bag. Had to ask for a gift receipt and then had to ask for some sort of nicer packaging.
Store was tidy and neat. Customer service was attentive and greeted us. It was pleasant to shop in there.
Current styles, on-going promotions, extremely helpful staff. Overall pleasant shopping experience.
