Staff was friendly and helpful towards me great range of shoes boots and slipper clean and tidy shop good value
My friend went for an exchange of typically squeaky shoezone shoes, the manager was extremely rude & very reluctant to exchange them, eventually (After some argument) told my friend to take her shoes off, & leave them on the counter, whilst she found a replacement "Non squeeker" pair (in her bare feet). The Northern manager, was very unpleasant & lacking any customer service training. A right misery. Avoid this branch, is my tip.
