I have quite a complicated prescription and was nervous about having a new optician. I'm so pleased i saw Gary at the Newmarket branch. Prescription for varifocals is excellent! Will be using this optician from now on. I had my lenses done elsewhere though as very expensive.

Spectacular is a family run opticians present in 5 towns in the local Cambridgeshire/Suffolk area. Being a family owned business, special emphasis is placed on customer service and friendliness, appointments never feel rushed. I really like the personal touch. My whole family have their eye site tested here now.
I've appreciated both staff and service for thorough, kindly, exceptional care for 15 years, but today Tracey surpassed everything, despite being in ongoing pain herself. En bref, glasses broke(rimmetal fatigue), frame defunct several years ago . I was 20 miles away. Made it to Nmkt before closing(& Bank Holiday) and Tracey had found one! redundant old stock but identical. She quickly tfr'd my lenses, cleaned and tested them on me and was reluctant to charge anything. I'd expected several weeks without glasses, then new shaped framerecut lens costs. Spectacular Opticians have been wonderful again today Thankyou.
