Annie is the best RMT I have ever had. She knows exactly where the knots are and she gets every single one of them with such attention to detail. It’s as if you were telling her where to massage but you don’t need to say one word. As long as she is in business I will never go to anyone else! Professional and efficient.

I spend almost 200 days a year paddling, windsurfing or kiting on water or ice and require regular maintenance to keep my muscles working. I have been receiving regular deep tissue massage treatment at Star Day spa for a year and I get better results here than with other wellness centres or spas that I have gone to in Toronto and York Region. Definitely a superior experience and time worth spent.
Great facial and massage. She even did my eyebrows for me as a courtesy but atmosphere was not relaxing. Owner was almost yelling as I was trying to rest during mask and daycare children could be heard through the walls.
I bought a Groupon for reflexology service. It was not mentioned *anywhere* on the Groupon website but they ONLY accept Groupon clients on 10 or 11 am week days and will offer no refund if this doesn't work. For someone that works 9-5, this is obviously inconvenient. Further, I called 2 days in advance to notify them I would have to cancel my appointment because I got sick. I then received a very rude call the day after the scheduled appointment complaining I never called and simply hanging up. It appears they fail to listen to voice messages. I am not impressed.
Bought Groupon but wasn’t able to book an appointment, they say only appointment available is 10am regardless of which day, this is not mentioned anywhere in the Groupon at all, if you don’t like Groupon customer then don’t advertise in Groupon!
Pretty awful experience as a whole. 1. They destroy your pressure points ie. neck, shoulder blades & just above the armpits. 2. very rough in general 3. they came into the room without greeting me & just started going very rough on my neck 4. massages over the sheets for about 20 of the 60 minutes 5. didn’t use massage oil. they used lotion 6. the dog next door was barking the whole time 7. they left at about 45 minutes into the massage without telling me where they went so i assumed they were done but then they came back again without saying hi or anything 8. they were very rough on my bones. i think she though my shoulder blade was a knot 9. clearly untrained Over all a very sub par experience. My partner & I used the Groupon package for a couples massage. definitely not worth it.
Great massage and fair prices. Annie the owner is a very good masseuse.
I have had back problems for years and these ladies are fantastic...Best massage in town.
