Superdrug well stocked for all cosmetics medical requirements toiletries, perfumes, baby supplies etc. Has a chemist to hand if you need advice or have prescriptions. Could do with more staff on cash out, rather than standing around the door to supposedly greet you. Rather they are talking to each other while one staff is harassed serving on cash out. Prices here are keen, but if l was in a hurry l would not call in ad there is always a queue.

Had a prescription sent direct to them, not knowing they had temporarily changed the closing time so where closed when I arrived, I gave them a call and they kindly answered brought it out to me, nice attitude and kindness! Thank you

Shop has all the normal products you would expect to find in Superdrug - the main shop is ok. Pharmacy service can be really slow, especially on a Saturday when they don't appear to have enough staff. Last three different prescriptions in a row have only been partly supplied and had to go back 2-3 days later to pick up the remaining medicine.

Appalled by pharmacy service appreciate it's not the staff fault or error but I'm simply told the system isn't working therefore this is the second time I've been to collect a prescription and it not be there to collect I was signed up onto this system as recommended by Superdrug pharmacy as I work 12 hour days nursing. My thoughts are if the system isn't working bin it and work the old fashioned way until you are able to find a system That does therefore both parties are aware of what's going on. Communication is the key and relying on systems that do not work is not acceptable very dissapointed
