I was in the other night to pick up a few Christmas gifts.. Despite the chaotic rush of customers in the store, these lovely ladies were still able to run around and assist me and make my shopping experience as easy and as stress free as possible... It's a relief coming into a store and being assisted by a team that truly wants to be there and ensures the desire of well-being and satisfaction of the customer is met. Bravo

I was in this store and a customer was being abusive to a young sales associate. She wanted a return and was yelling for no reason as they were trying to give her the money back for the product she bought that was too small. Bravo to the store manager for sticking up for her salesgirl and handling the situation as positively as was possible.
I attended the store and was met by Chloe, who was very helpful and cleaned the change room for me to try stuff on, she is very good at her job, cross referencing other products and having great suggestions - I would highly recommend this location and Suzy Shier. I think she is the manager, she is so helpful and great at her job.

I love the store. I was there today and half of the store clothes was on sale.
Purchased a sweater a week ago and the first time wearing it I was conveniently at the mall again despite living 2 hrs away. Unfortunately one of the buttons that holds it together fell off which I managed to find. I went back to the store asking to exchange it and unfortunately I didn't have the receipt with me. They would not allow me to exchange it for a new one and suggested I just put it back on myself. I didn't spend good money to have to buy a sweater that would need to be fixed the first time I wore it. They suggested I come back the next day and speak to a manager but I live 2 hrs away I also have no locations close to where I live. I will never shop at this store again if I could rate less than 1 star I would. I am posting under my husband's acct.
