I have been trying for DAYS to get information so that I can:- give the DVLA the name and postcode of my insurance company (to tell the DVLA my car is a write off and get a refund) and :- get the information about my account on line as I am unable to get to it, having forgotten my password and the security questions. After waiting on line for 14 minutes, I spoke to someone who asked me to hold while he transferred me. I waited, and got cut-off. Please note:- This is not about the Branch. This is about the online system which apparently puts you onto the first available operator/ expert at whichever branch they work from. Not good enough.
