Recently I had issues receiving a new phone. I had to make many calls and follow-ups due to the many departments trying to resolve the situation. Along the way, I was fortunate enough to get connecting Adam at Smartcell. He was professional and prompt in his efforts to resolve the issue. He also made himself available to organize all communication and went above and beyond to deliver the product and all related topics in negotiating the right package. This week i found myself in need of a new phone. I reached out via email to the rep I have dealt with in the past (Adam). In under an hour I had a response and the information I needed about the plan and phone upgrades. The following day I made my decision to go ahead with the new phone and again right away I had a response and they got everything arranged for me. My phone was on its way to me before the day's end.
