They already removed my honest review so read it while you can. Customer service line by an Asian guy whose English was so bad and line breaking up I was forced to pay 7 and come in here. Eastern European girl who was as unhelpful to me as possible everything I asked her to do she had a lame excuse not to do it. So waste of time and money now I find I cannot warn others how bad they are

Staff really friendly, super helpful. The lad solved 6 weeks of broadband issues with TalkTalk we've had in literally 10mins. We now have an awesome mobile phone package and WiFi at home that is active and live on the same day! We had 0 outlay today and now have a 20% lower monthly bill than we had before. I highly recommend you pop in and just see if they can do anything for you. We could have had a Samsung tablet too if we hadn't already got one lol. Plus it didn't take ages to set up and we didn't have to go through loads of info or answer 1000 questions either! 5G just needs to hurry up and become available now! I was in the shop for only a few minuets a the other day. WILL NEVER RETURN! The way the young manager was being towards his staff is truly shocking. If you have to speak to your staff like that do it away from us customers. So unprofessional.
