10/10 experience! Right from the get go I was greeted by a wonderful lady. The office follows the PPE rules very well. I came for an appointment for my toddler. The technician was very sweet and very kind and patient. She made sure the instructions were understood and we didn’t even realize when the test was done. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who would require these services. Bravo

The staff was very friendly and the audiologist was very professional and did an amazing job.
Mary was amazing with my 12 yr old son who has Down Syndrome. She was very nice and patient with him. We’ve also had to go back a couple of times to have his hearing aid repaired as my son was rough with it and Mary was great. I highly recommend Upper Canada Hearing clinic!
Right from the receptionist to the audiologist, I was treated in a very courteous and professional manner. The technician has always been very patient with me and addresses any and all of my concerns. Excellent service.
I recently bought my second pair of hearing aids here, now under new ownership and my experience was very positive. The testing was professionally done and the results carefully explained. I knew what hearing aids I wanted and my choice was affirmed. Options were discussed and expert advice was given. Ear molds were made and the process was easy and comfortable. My new hearing aids arrived in just a few days and were competently fitted. They work wonderfully! As an added bonus, the warranty was extended by a full year and batteries are being supplied for the same time period. This is great! Even more amazing, my old hearing aids were sent in to the manufacturer by Upper Canada Hearing to be checked out. They were serviced and 500. worth of repairs done, all at no cost to me. Now I have backup hearing aids, all thanks to the staff requesting that this be done. I’m more than happy, I’m delighted ! So this is why I gave a full 5 star rating. Don Downer Thornhill, Ontario
