I have been coming to West End Mamas York Region for nearly two years. I have left every single class, appointment and workshop feeling so grateful to have found such a wonderful and supportive community of people. Not only is every single person warm, friendly and inviting, but they have all also been so knowledgeable, professional and extremely insightful. I have had everything from acupuncture, massage therapy, pelvic floor therapy, prenatal classes and yoga to name a few and can’t wait to continue to experience all they have to offer. I can’t recommend them enough.

Her attention to detail is exceptional and she ensures to check in throughout the appointment to see that pressure is ok. I have been to many other therapists in the region and my best experience overall has been with West End Mamas.

I LOVE West End Mama’s. Chiropractor Dr. Katie treated me pre & postpartum and I’ve always had an amazing experience with her. I recently started seeing RMT Bobby-Jo for my Csection scarring and was blown away by how much better I felt after. Everyone at the clinic is knowledgeable and educates you during the session, then sends you away with exercises or stretches to keep you living your best life. They are truly the best! Go see them!

Recently we visited in the Newmarket clinic and saw Katherine the new pediatric physiotherapist. I would like to say that we were extremely happy with her: she presented as a very nice and professional. She took time to examine my child and explained her concerns. She offered exercises and explained the idea behind each and everyone of them, so my daughter will understand why and how should she do them. We will definitely come back. Mych appreciated!

I saw Alison for pelvic floor physio re pelvic pain, something I never experienced with my first pregnancy. She knew immediately what was wrong and how to help. After that first session I’ve already felt immense relief. So glad I went! I wish I’d had this kind of treatment with my first.

One of the best ALL IN ONE places for pregnant mamas. I have been going here for over a month and cannot say enough great things! HEATHER - one of the best massage therapist, her hands are like magic and she knows how to cater to specific pain points. Extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field. ALISON - physiotherapist and much more! I was so scared to try pelvic floor therapy and she made is very comfortable for me by educating me, it's been a huge help in my pregnancy. OLIVIA - super awesome chiropractor that is friendly and skilled in her specialty, really helped me prepare for birth as I get close to my due date.
