The receptionists been always nice to me, but OMG the doctor is just unbelievable. I had a very bad chest pain, been to the hospital and they recommended me to go to see my GP ASAP. Obviously, they \can't see you\ right now and after hundreds questions she told me that I have inflamed lungs and I have to take paracetamol for at least 1 week. Very rude and super uncomfortable to speak with this lady. Woman, how you can call yourself a doctor? I so regret registering with this surgery to be honest, but it's close to the house so I will have to bear it. I am very disappointed

Feeling very frustrated. Have tried since April to get routine preschool jabs done for the twins. First time around they cancelled them an hour before my appointment. So booked a day off for nothing. I tried to rebooked but was told I couldn’t and had to wait for a call from the medical secretary. That call never came. A month later I call them and they again said I can’t book it and need to wait for another call back.. which thankfully was the next day. Booked another day off for the appointment and they have now cancelled again an hour before the appointment. Another day off booked for no reason!! I simply cannot book another day for this to keep happening. They blamed the nurse saying she keeps cancelling but this is no good to me! Both myself and my husband took time off for this appointment as we try to keep the twins separated during the injections so as not to upset them! I’m now waiting for another call back from the medical secretary... I was told it would be midday... it’s now 14:14! Really appalling service.

I think the receptionists have given up answering the phone completely called 41 times on Monday no answer at all ended up getting rushed to hospital I'm at the end of my pregnancy and still l get told my midwife isn't taking face to face bookings when I spoke to my midwife she had no idea why reception was saying this it's nearly been a whole week and I still can't get through to book my 28 week appointment this surgery has gone to dust I don't understand why they leave the phone ringing when all they do when people go there is sit and talk.

This surgery has been going down hill for the past 5 years but today was the final straw. Lying to patients. I don't recommend this surgery, especially if you have a long term illness or children with one. They do the bare minimum and sometimes not even that. I will reporting them to the health board and seeking legal advice.

Reception service is very poor. It seems they have a free run with no one keeping an eye on them. They let the sick people to go through the frustration of long wait for someone from reception to answer their call. Very poor service, I must say!! And if they do pick, they are in too much hurry to hang up.
