Overall a good experience. Very friendly staff.. generally clean for the use it gets. Maybe more free weight selection would be good but overall a great place for general training.

The gym equipment is great. But the other facilities ie the sauna and showers are disgusting. Both me and my friend have contracted a fungal infection from using these facilities. I now refuse to use any of them and will be canceling my membership at the end of its term, unless something drastic is done to sort this issue out.
Love the gym! Modern facilities/machines and a range of equipment for the functional fitness area especially happy with being able to go for a swim and sauna after my gym session, I do it every time now! Ps. 100% recommend downloading the core app when you're a member, it has challenges and workouts for you to do when you need that extra motivation!
Love it! They have had all new gym equipment! Everything has had a makeover! Definitely, enjoy going daily. I would and do recommend to everyone. Best of all nothing better than relaxing in the pool and other facilities after an awesome workout with one of their Personal Trainers. Should check it out.
