Eldridges (Laura Rhodes) had the cheek/audacity to send a letter to my business accusing us flouting parking rules set out in our lease ! we breached no parking rules and it was in-fact a RENTING TENANT (Citizens Advice) who parked their vehicles in random spots/un-designated parking areas . We paid 240,000 for a 999 Year lease in 2016 yet Eldridges Solicitors wrote a THREATENING legal letter designed to intimidate us however Laura Rhodes clearly did not have the correct facts.

Very very rude phone manner and we had to constantly prompt Elrdidges to reply to emails. After a good solicitors? Go elsewhere.
