On Sat 16th Jan my car broke down and despite being guaranteed a replacement as part of my service plan I was left stranded by our local Mercedes Benz dealership. I rang Enterprise Rent A Car, Crocker St. Newport ten minutes before they closed and got to speak to Scott. I explained my situation and he said he would help me. Help me ? That's an understatement ! He stayed at work after the office officially closed, came to collect me from the Mercedes garage, took me back to the office where we completed the necessary paperwork and I was on my way home in a bright, sparkly new car, 400 miles on the clock, sanitised, clean with a panoramic roof...I cannot tell you what good fortune it was to meet someone with Scott's customer service skills. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much for listening to me and CARING, Scott. You are a star.

Fantastic service all round! I was so impressed, everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even organised for us to be picked up and dropped back at the ferry in Ryde and Reece who did both trips for us is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Recommended.

The extra mile the Enterprise team always go to deserves a written review to show my appreciation, have used Enterprise many times through my AA membership courtesy car service and personal hire and have always received exceptional service every time from Phil and Sophie especially, being picked up and dropped off is a great service they offer. Most recently we required a small premium vehicle for a wedding and Sophie put in a lot of time calling other branches to ensure I received the vehicle I required and we got a lovely Audi A3 Saloon in a very nice S-Line specification for the weekend, was perfect for the occasion it was hired for, was difficult to hand the keys back to Ruby at the Isle of Wight branch but looking forward to hiring again soon.
