I've been coming to Firefly Yoga a little over a year now. The studio is always immaculate, the decor and the atmosphere very fitting and there are many classes on offer for all abilities and dependent on what you want to gain from your experience. Sophie is a talented and professional yoga instructor, dedicated to supporting you on your yoga journey. Additionally, Sophie is dynamic and creative, always explorong new and exciting ideas and ways to evolve. This includes, but is not limited to; numerous blogs, workshops, get togethers and yoga retreats, which keeps things all the more interesting. In this current climate, yoga is still available via a video platform so you can still get your 'yoga fix'. This custom yoga studio near Cwmfelinfach, offers a variety of classes- such as hatha (also gentle hatha), hot, vinyasa, yin yoga and yoga tone, at different times all through the week. There is a different style to suit everyone and all abilities are catered for, with modifications given and props, such as mats, blocks and straps provided. Sophie, the owner, is friendly and welcoming, and the studio itself offers a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. Would highly recommend visiting \u200d️

My chiropractor recommended the studio, and it's really helped. Sophie is absolutely lovely, the classes are great, and super easy to book! Currently doing some online sessions during the quarantine and they're fantastic too.

Fantastic yoga studio. Sophie is a brilliant teacher and there's so many types of yoga she offers at various times throughout the day to accommodate everyone around their commitments. Poses can easily be adapted to suit everyone's individual needs and prices are great too, whether you decide to pay as you go from 4 or buy the variation of passes. Great location too, 5 mins from my house :) Look forward to my classes every week. 5 stars.

A fantastic Yoga studio, padded floor, atmospheric lighting, heated and a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. Sophie is a brilliant instructor and very warm & welcoming. There are lots of classes and times to choose from which is great for me as it means if I can't make one class there is always a great alternative. I would highly recommend to anyone, beginners or the experienced.

It is the best yoga class I have attended (Yin). Like the previous review said - the teacher and venue are great. I always come away from class feeling relaxed and positive. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking up this practice.

By far the best yoga studio around. Sophie is a fantastic instructor and makes everyone feel at ease. Moves are modified to allow everyone to participate. I'd advise everyone to try it, theres lots of variations to try and times to suit most people.
