Excellent property rental. The home was well presented, clean and comfortable (especially the bed!) Despite a minor contact hiccup over the weekend, they were very fast to resolve an issue I faced, very quick to apologize and rectify the issue to my satisfaction. The home itself was very well appointed, with everything you would need upon arrival, including a newspaper (yes they still print those) a bottle of wine, cold water in the fridge, a huge bowl of fresh and very delicious fruit, a loaf of locally baked bread and even a box of shortbread to go with that long overdue cup of tea (fresh milk in the fridge too!) Problems arise in every aspect of life, I dealt with a small, unpredictable problem with heating and it was no issue. Home from Home was quick to appease me. The issue did not really effect my stay, was just a minor inconvenience, which was easily overcome. I don't hold Home from Home responsible, it's was not something that could have been avoided, it's how efficiently things are resolved that really matters and Home from Home was impeccable with their service. I would most definitely use their booking service again and will highly recommend them to others.

This was a great rental property for 3 couples visiting the island for a long weekend. Home from Home by Hamptons was great to work with, even from across the Atlantic. We especially appreciated being able to book ferry tickets through Home from Home by Hamptons - we even got a discount booking through them. Five stars to Home from Home by Hamptons!
Our sixth holiday at Trinity View and we still love it, love Ventnor and love the Isle of Wight, despite some awful weather during our first week. Trinity View is spacious, clean and comfortable; it's great to have so many bedrooms en suite with extra bathrooms as well; the children enjoy having their own playroom; the kitchen is large enough for several people to be able to cook different meals at the same time, especially with the two new cookers. We missed the toaster though and a measuring jug would have been handy.
I found the staff at Home from Home ,most helpful ,when I was trying to find somewhere to stay for a short break on The Isle of Wight. They organised our ferry tickets and kept us updated on any changes. Any queries were dealt with promptly.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They were always happy to go out of their way to help. Will definitely be using them again first class customer service.
Booked for a week's family holiday on the Isle of Wight. Quick and friendly service, and the accommodation was spotless. Staff have all been a delight to deal with. Highly recommended!
I can't recommend Home from Home highly enough. The help and support I received, during what was a very stressful time, from Kelly in particular has been exemplary and thanks to her we finally got to the Island for a well earned break. We will definitely return, booking through Home from Home of course!
