Doctors are ignoring a neurologist report to give b12 injections every 8 wks. What's the point of seeing a specialist. In the meantime irreversible nerve damage is being caused. Malpractice

Brilliant place. Went in for my holiday injections today . Smooth as silk and the grandson ( we were minding him today) even got a sticker without any injections. He was well pleased. We have never had any problem in getting seen when needed. Always polite, friendly and efficient.

Absolutely shocking!! They are ALWAYS mucking up! The managment leaves alot to be desired!! Paitents lives are at risk with this terrible reception staff and manager!! I have also whitnessed hearing personal details over the phone in the waiting room, and nurses rooms being left open when paitents are in there, so that you can hear nearly everything! That is breaking the rule and law of confidentiality!!! Something HAS to be done about it all! The reception staff, both in Caerleon and Ponthir, have been rude to paitents too!
