Great doctors surgery. I have to agree if you phone for an appointment it is pot luck, but if you think how many doctors there are and people to serve it has to be difficult to meet demand. I use online booking. All the doctors are excellent and reception is great too (especially Chris).

Very poor booking service that needs to be scrapped.It does not benefit patients but the staff.Your told to call the morning from 8am - even at 8:05 or 8:10am : the lines are not reachable & giving you a recording to call later .Calling back at 9 when your then just 2nd in a queue-to be told all bookings are filled & just for emergencies.So I'm wondering were there pre-bookings or do you just see a small amount of patients daily?? Its just a sham!!! So disappointing & poor service.

never had a problem getting a appointment and all staff very helpful
