The receptionists and the nurse are really nice. The nurse is quite professional, if you don't have ongoing issues and you only want repeat prenscription is ok. If you need a diagnogsis they are absolute really bad, the nurse are more capable tnat the other doctors. I understand the covid situation but they aren't able to give a good diagnosis and listen my symptoms after to pass the virus on March. The 111 doctors and emergency doctors are the ones being helpful. Chest problems, sinusitis for months, acid reflux who I self diagnosis myself, ... The female Gp doesn't listen, even other GPs of 111 and emergency doctor telling her she needs to do more tests. She is refusing and being stubbing. Horrible, I called some many times these months they didn't even record what they prescribed me and why, that happen more of three times in 5 months. I am going to put a complain about them. I've never been treated like that, one thing is simple to diagnose and treat. AWFUL.

I cant see how a spanking new building would change the way this practice would function. I have come from another practice, and have been amazed but the care myself and my son have received. not only by the GP’s but also the practice nurses and the admin staff. I feel that this is a practice offers fantastic patient centred care which is the backbone of a good practice. Well done all

It's not great, its outdated, the waiting room is cramped, the doors are a nightmare to get in and out when there are queues, trying to get a pushchair in and out is a nightmare too. Also I'm not hard of hearing but the voice over thing and then trying to find the door of the muddled voice is a difficult having said that, I've had no issues with staff. The receptionist have been helpful, we signed up no problem in dec 2018, we seen doctors and had call backs no problem. Even during the Corona pandemic the call backs were helpful and collecting prescriptions were fine. On one occasion I'd written the wrong appointment time, when I went in to get it done and saw I'd gotten it wrong. The phebotomist said to just come on in and get it done then. I'm assuming it was her free time as there were no patience in. She saw me and I was in and out no issues. I just think they need to knock the place down and build a new fresh surgery. I've found since moving from Cardiff to Newport, all the hospitals, doctors and dentist are all very outdated and this needs to be looked at massively.

Reading the reviews i was wary but all 3 adults in my family have registered here in Nov 2019 and have to say what a really pleasant Reception/Admin team they are. I have yet to see the Doctor but she seemed veey pleasant, efficient and helpful when doing a repeat prescription. Much nicer than some of the staff in Bristol, Longwell Green. One thing ive noticed with surgeries here is how old and outdated they are. Time the government invested some money in new, modern facilities for both patients and staff.

Have tried to register here 4 times now, was too busy once, didn’t have documents on another, didn’t have enough documents on the 3rd and the 4th time I went down just now at 6.15pm with every document including the kitchen sink and they were closed!! The website states they close at 6.30pm!!! Fuming!! Not good enough!!
