The staff was very helpful in searching for items that I need for my travel trailer in the store and on-line, great place! I've been here several times and always get good service.

The service/ repair side of the business is stellar and, equally important, competitively priced. While hanging out and waiting, I was happy to see that the manager gets fully involved, overseeing and even double checking work before releasing vehicles to customers. There's storage too for big boats and RVs. The good about storage: cheap, fenced, locked gate. The bad about storage: packed like canned sardines & people try to take your spot. For a cheap place to store, and a great place to get service and repairs, Newport Marine & RV is where I go and recommend.

Very professional service. They did a wonderful job winterizing and cleaning my small fishing boat. Definitely recommend their services.

Aloha to All, I feel it time to show these guys the support they deserve. I am seeing in comments here some things that raise questions. So, I thought perhaps time to weigh in. First, who am I? My wife and I manage SassyRV.com and we are full-time RVing, growing and RV club, online magazine, etc. We have been full time since 2014, and also prior from 1999-2005. Second, our experience with Newport Marine & RV Services are ALL GOLDEN. They do not know who we are, we have never introduced ourselves. But, we have interfaced with them perhaps 10-12 times. While no major repairs, I feel enough experience to comment. STAFF: Courtesy A Friendliness A Helpfulness A Knowledge A Professional A Understanding A I seldom rate any company this high. FACILITIES: Top-Flight, Easy Access, Large Parking, Large indoor working area; STORE: Not meant to be full inventory (Camping World), more emergency needs; PRICES: Both shop and store rates and prices are comparable to most; SUMMARY While they are NOT cheap, I would NOT say they are high priced. It costs money to run a good business today and you have to suffer things like the pandemic too. These guys are not as some have suggested looking for ways to hurt anyone. Other companies not far away are, and hurt many. I will update this if we do a major repair, but I would NOT hesitate to recommend these guys to our members, or to you. That said, if you get treated differently, do me a favor and contact me. 1st I may be able to help you sort the matter. If not, then I may need to update my ratings here. Again, I can’t even quote a name here, as we have been more secret shoppers. In closing, I want to add, they have at no additional cost, etc. solved problems, etc. So I find it difficult to process the negative comments posted here. I therefore suspect that those comments might questionable. Aloha, D

We took our tow dolly here to have the wiring inspected. They said it needed new wiring and that they could do this job. They did the job. First problem, they put the wrong four pin connector on; it did not match the four pin connector that was on the trailer when we dropped it off. When we went back to get the correct one, they argued for 1/2 hour about that, claiming they did not do it wrong. But, then, why else did it not attach to a four pin we had previously used with it? They finally put on the appropriate four pin connector. But....the wiring they installed lasted less than nine months' time. We did not use the trailer for the first six of those months. The wiring lasted only three months of use before we discovered it did not work any more. We took it some place else and discovered the wires themselves were sent through sharp metal holes that frayed the wires; no protection on the wires or the holes in the trailer the wires passed through. Plus, they used wrong connections on the wiring itself, just doing a hodge-podge job.
